Return & Exchange Policy

    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
    • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
    • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • If the product is received damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or refund. Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images or video).

  • Provide your order number and the reason for return.
  • Once your request is approved, return the product via courier (return shipping cost will be borne by the customer).
  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

💸 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
